We currently have extended stay rooms open at the American inn at 5626 Douglas Ave Des Moines Small are 60 a night and 225 weekly large rooms are 70 a night 250 a week and 375 biweekly We also have a one bedroom for 80 a night 300 weekly and 450 biweekly all extended stays are required to pay a 250 deposit that is refundable if room is clean, undamaged and every is present in room. May take up to 30 days to be returned we do not return them at checkout. All rooms have queen size bed, kitchenette, cable and wifi we have a onsite laundry we do not accept pets and there is no smoking in rooms or any where in building We are on a bus route and within walking distance of several stores.
